How much will it cost to have you cater at my function?

You will be surprised how little it will cost to have your function fully catered by All Areas Catering. Prices for all our menus and services are included in our comprehensive online booking form. We suggest you work your way through the booking form both as a means of helping you design your party and to request a quote. Remember if you need any help at all then one of our friendly, expert catering consultants is available to assist.


Are your prices competitive?

We are so confident that our prices are the best you'll find that we will match any competitor’s genuine quote. If you already have a quote from another caterer then call us now on 1800 251 440. If your quote is better then our regular prices then we will match the quote AND include our special offer of tea, coffee and delicious dessert normally valued at $3.50 per guest for FREE!


When do I need to provide final details?

We don't need your final details (number of guests) until the Monday prior to your party or 5 working days prior if your party falls mid-week. Before we contact you for final details we suggest you work through the following checklist. This will help you to gather all the information that we need to make your party a success. These are the questions we will ask you:

  1. What is your name, address and post code?
  2. What is your phone and fax numbers?
  3. What is the venue address and mobile contact number
  4. What is your special occasion?
  5. How many guests are you catering for? (Adults and children 5-12 years)
  6. Do you require staff? Chef to serve? Waiting staff to assist and clean up?
  7. Do you prefer delivery and serve yourself?
  8. What time do you expect guests to arrive and when do you plan to eat?
  9. Which menu/price have you selected?
  10. Would you like hot or cold nibbles?
  11. Would you like hot soup to start?
  12. Which salad or hot vegetable choices have you made?
  13. Which desserts/fruits have you selected and would you prefer tea or coffee? Do you require hire of an urn?
  14. Do you require our cutlery package?
  15. Would you prefer real crockery?
  16. Would you like us to supply soft drink?
  17. Do you want to hire a barman?

Will there be enough to eat?

At an All Areas Catering function your guests will never go hungry. We guarantee to have ample food for the biggest eaters in your group. We provide enough foods for your guests to come back for seconds. We don't want you to be embarrassed. All leftover food is packaged up and left for you and your guests.
